Recently, the five-stage gas valves in compressors tend to fail, mainly due to the breakage of the valve plates and cushioning elements; the duration of operation before failure is as short as 2 days, with a maximum of 15 days. Excluding oil-water issues and gas problems, please help analyze what could be the cause. In this section, the working pressure is around 7.0 MPa at the inlet and around 15 MPa at the outlet; the compressing medium is carbon dioxide. If there are any good valve manufacturers, you can also recommend them.
You have quite a lot of series here; indeed, the pressure is pretty high. Have you consulted the valve manufacturer? For example, Holbig
Consider the temperature issue: high temperatures can lead to scale formation, causing uneven stress on the valve discs.
Material, measure the dimensions; perhaps the size is not appropriate, there is a deviation

Is the fifth section a series-connected cylinder? Is the valve disc made of metal? Try using PEEK instead

Yes, in series configuration – can PEEK be used in the high-temperature and high-pressure sections?
