The cycloidal reducer won’t open – what are some good solutions?
It can be disassembled by reworking the two symmetric set screw holes.
First, remove the click; there should be something affecting it inside.
There should be a slot where the motor is connected to the reducer. If you find the set screws troublesome, you can use a hammer or chisel to pry it slightly; it’s likely due to rust inside that slot, and once it’s pried open, the motor can be lifted.
As can be seen from the diagram, the motor shaft extends inside the sleeve. . Are there still fasteners at the shaft end that haven’t been removed?
Make two motor clamps from steel plates, and use a jack to lift them.
First, loosen the motor using some loosening agent. It’s probably the shaft that’s stuck
There shouldn’t be much need for coordination; I think the method on floor 6 could be tried
Use a hand chain hoist to lift the motor with some force, then strike the joint with a chisel; it’s best to strike on both sides symmetrically
