In the shaft seal steam supply designed by Hangzhou Automobile, there is a pipeline that is connected to the pipe leading the turbine’s waste steam to the main cooler; there is also a manual valve to control it. When this valve should be opened and what its function is – everyone is welcome to discuss this
This is likely an axis seal water trap, used for warming the pipes when the system is in operation, and for draining water when the system is shut down
