Is this oil emulsified? For transporting biogas, the fan is water-cooled.
It is emulsified, but emulsification is not necessarily caused by water intrusion. It may also be caused by excessive temperature, oil quality, etc.
Not necessarily, put some out and observe. This will also happen if the oil level is too high and the agitation is vigorous.
Is the white color also produced by stirring? Will it disappear after shutdown?
I added too much lubricating oil. The normal lubricating oil should be between one-half and two-thirds of the oil window. The second lubricating oil has been emulsified. Check whether water has entered or the temperature is too high. I put it in and replaced it with a new one.
It didn't take long after I changed the oil and it turned white.
Was the oily white color taken when it was rotating? If the oil returns to normal after stopping, there will be no problem.
The temperature is too high or water has entered. Take a sample to determine the moisture content.
