Sure, but these days ceramic is no longer used; tungsten carbide is used instead. Ceramic has poor thermal conductivity. If you need tungsten carbide, you can contact me – our company specializes in compressors, and we use tungsten carbide these days. 13898892992
As far as I know, it should be possible, but currently everyone is using tungsten carbide. In my opinion, the main reason for not using chromium oxide is that chromium salts are toxic and have a significant impact on the environment and those who handle them; moreover, their performance is not as good as that of tungsten carbide.
