What causes the shaft sleeves, thrust discs, and bearings of shielded pumps to darken? It has only been a few months since it was repaired. I hope some expert can give me some guidance!

Judging from the color of your thrust disc, it is preliminarily assumed that the darkening is caused by low fluid levels and high temperatures.
This color indicates that the internal temperature of your shielded pump is too high, with no cooling or lubrication provided by the material itself. Additionally, check whether air or moisture is present in the material, as well as whether the filter at the pump inlet is clogged, which could lead to poor feeding. Is the flushing pipe blocked? Is the flow rate at the inlet insufficient? Are the bearings not receiving adequate cooling and lubrication? Is the shaft displacement too large or too small?
