Magnetic flap level gauges are widely used in industries such as power, petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food for the measurement and control of liquid levels during production processes. It is generally used for measuring liquids in open or pressurized vessels, offering high levels of sealing to prevent leaks, and enabling reliable level measurement under conditions of high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosivity. No blind spots, clear display, intuitive readings, and a wide measurement range. When combined with a level switch, it enables alarm and control functions for the upper and lower limits of the liquid level or interface level. When paired with a level transmitter, it can convert both the liquid level and interface level signals into standard 4–20 mA DC two-wire signals, allowing for remote detection, indication, recording, and control. The pressure-bearing components of the level gauge are made of materials such as stainless steel, and the structural design reduces the number of sealing surfaces, thereby enhancing the safety, stability, and reliability of the instrument. The liquid level display of the level gauge is very clear and prominent; it can be used in conjunction with a transmitter to generate various output signals, as well as to enable remote signal transmission and control or alarm functions.
