The air compressor was reassembled; the original head was borrowed out. When testing it, everything worked fine. At first, there were warnings of clogged oil and air filters, but they weren’t replaced or addressed, and the exhaust temperature was in the 80s. That night, the exhaust temperature rose from 78 to 103. I’m confused. Why? I know that a clogged oil filter can cause the exhaust temperature to rise, but why does this happen again after reinstalling the engine head? ?
As the pressure ratio increases, the exhaust temperature rises. The solution is to clear the steam inlet pipeline.
