The steam turbines produced by Hangzhou Automobile Industry exhibit fluctuations at a certain speed, but no such fluctuations occur when the speed is moved away from that value. What causes this?
Which speed? Is it because the throttle valve operates unstably at this setting?

It is recommended that the following actions be taken during the next opportunity for shutdown: 1. Remove the spool valve from the hydraulic actuator and clean it; if there are scratches on its surface, treat them with fine sandpaper; 2. If the electro-hydraulic converter is a VOTH valve, also remove the valve spool inside and clean it ; 3. Conduct the static test again.
The spool valve inside the hydraulic actuator was taken out for cleaning, and no problems were found.
Have you found the cause of the speed fluctuations? ? ? ? ?
There are many reasons for fluctuations in rotational speed; it is necessary to examine multiple curves together to determine whether there were any issues with the vacuum at that time If the vacuum level fluctuates greatly, the rotation speed will also fluctuate. Since power generation is not taking place at that time, when the rotation speed varies, in addition to considering fluctuations in the air intake volume, that is, instability in the control valve, the vacuum level must also be taken into account
