1. The preheating process for hot oil pumps generally starts with temperature preheating, to ensure that the oil inside the pump reaches the operating temperature. Then seal oil is applied again. 2. To remove air from hot oil pump tanks, the following methods can be employed: – Install an exhaust valve above the pump; by opening this valve, air can be expelled from within the pump. - Vent pipes are installed at the inlet and outlet of the tank pump; these vents should be opened before starting up to allow air to be expelled. - If the above methods cannot completely remove air, consider installing an automatic air exhaust device in the pump system to eliminate air automatically. .

Is the exhaust valve used for venting at the pump outlet? Isn’t it dangerous to open this vent when the medium in the pump is at high temperature (especially hot oil)? Also, wait until the pump’s preheating temperature is normal before introducing seal oil; in that case, won’t oil leak out of the sealing chamber?
