Thank you for sharing; we really need this. Our unit’s centrifugal compressors are about to undergo air testing
I would like to ask the original poster: is it necessary to conduct an air test after installing a new compressor? For the Hitachi centrifuge we purchased, a test seal was not included with it. If we want to conduct an air test, should we just open the manholes of the first-stage inlet separator, the second-stage inlet separator, and the second-stage outlet separation tank? Is that sufficient?
