During the testing period, experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Dongfang Electric Corporation, universities such as Tsinghua University, research institutions, and enterprises carefully listened to the summary report on the construction of the test bench, and reviewed materials including the performance and process testing outline, test reports, and verification documents. Following on-site discussions, inquiries, and inspections, the expert panel unanimously concluded that the low-carbon supercritical carbon dioxide cycle test bench has fully met all the acceptance criteria specified in the feasibility study report and the preliminary design, and officially approved it for passing the performance and process tests. As the only major scientific and technological infrastructure in the field of fossil fuels in our country to date, the construction of the \"High-Efficiency Low-Carbon Gas Turbine Testing Facility\" holds significant strategic importance for promoting a green and low-carbon transformation of the energy structure. Since 2020, Hualu Company has been responsible for the main professional engineering design tasks related to the process system, equipment layout, pipelines, automatic control, and electrical systems of this low-carbon supercritical carbon dioxide cycle test bench. The company’s supercritical carbon dioxide cycle technology team overcame various challenges and strived for excellence, completing the project implementation and key design tasks with high quality. Through continuous technical research and practical application, it was possible to achieve breakthroughs in the engineering application of supercritical carbon dioxide cycle technology as well as the optimization of key parameters, thereby laying a solid technical foundation for the test bench to pass tests to high standards.
