Which PSA vacuum pumps are commonly used?

The inlet pressure is 20 kPa in absolute terms, and the flow rate is 8000 m3/h. Can a dry vacuum pump handle such a large volume of flow?
It’s possible within the next 5 years, but not now……
A vacuum system combining a Roots blower with a water-ring vacuum pump should be more or less the same
