During the production process, the moisture content of the ammonium sulfate slurry after centrifugal dewatering is typically between 3% and 5%. It is necessary to reduce this moisture content to below 0.5% using a drying system in order to meet the requirements for product packaging, storage, and transportation. However, ammonium sulfate material is corrosive in humid environments, especially under high temperature and high humidity conditions, which poses significant challenges to the material and performance of drying equipment. The ammonium sulfate disc-type continuous dryer developed by this company was created precisely to address the pain points in these industries. It features an innovative design based primarily on conductive heating, equipped with multiple heating plates and a rake-blade stirring system, enabling efficient processing of wet materials in a sealed environment through continuous feeding, drying, and discharging.
