When calculating the basis, is the weight of the boiler to be used simply the structural weight of the boiler plus the weight of the water? Is it necessary to take into account dynamic loads or something similar? 3. If a foundation is also required for the water tank, are rebar bars needed, or is simply raising it off the ground sufficient?
