1. Can external insulation be applied to the outer wall of the heating furnace’s furnace shell to meet the requirement of a temperature not exceeding 80°C and further reduce heat loss from the furnace? However, it is quite rare to see insulation layers on the outer wall – why is that? 2. Plate-type air preheaters are designed to be cleaned using water flushing; why can’t they be cleaned with acoustic soot blowers?
The first question: external insulation can be applied; almost all current heat transfer oil heating furnaces have it, but whether to use it depends on the design and the owner. With the second question answered, we understand the structure, performance, and principle of the device.
