Recently, the company needs to renew its Class D manufacturing certificate. Are there any qualification requirements for the personnel in charge of the quality assurance system?

No, but generally it should be engineers; having a too low professional title does have an impact.
The quality assurance specialist must be a senior engineer; I recall that this is a mandatory requirement. As for other specialists, it’s preferable that they be engineers or have sufficient years of work experience. This was the case when we obtained our A certificate
