On-site fabrication of stainless steel storage tanks

Our company needs to have several atmospheric-pressure storage tanks with a capacity of 200 cubic meters and made from 30408 material constructed on-site. Could experts please provide some guidance? What are the various steps involved in constructing such tanks on-site, and what precautions should be taken? Thank you

Lifting plan. 3. Isolation and protection of stainless steel materials and semi-finished products. 4. Management of technology and quality. 5. Scaffolding plan and erection management. 6. Pressure test.
Aren’t there usually standards? Didn’t the manufacturer give you a construction plan?
The contractor’s plan is too rudimentary to be used for comparison and inspection
