Local corrosion and welding failure of the ceiling plate in the clean gas chamber of bag filter #4 – what is the cause?

This post was last edited by han*chen on 2017-6-21 at 10:02. As the title suggests, during recent maintenance work on the bag filter, it was found that there was severe local corrosion and welding failure in the ceiling plate of the clean gas chamber of bag filter #4. What could be the cause?

Does the equipment have insulation and a heater??
In the bag dust removal system at my previous factory, welds would often come loose and fall into the silo pump, damaging the dome valve. My master said that the welding quality of the main installation unit is not up to standard; it’s only spot welding.
The welding quality is not up to standard; full welding is required in most cases here. Another issue is whether the material meets the requirements
