Does weld procedure qualification include a WPS? In other words, are PWPS, PQR, and WPS all included in it?
In welding procedure qualification, there are Pwps and PQR, but no WPS. WPS stands for Welding Procedure Specification; it is the official welding procedure that is issued after the welding process has been approved through evaluation.
For this certification, they said they want to include WPS as well

Pwps refers to the pre-welding procedure specification, which is the welding procedure used for process evaluation. First, there is the Pwps, followed by the PQR (Process Evaluation Report); once the PQR is approved, then the WPS can be prepared.
