The flange is in this condition – what happened?

There is a leak at the flange, and the leak has been sealed by injecting glue using a caulking gun. The original poster, please give the best answer!
The pressure-based leak sealing technique – it seems there is a leak in your flange seal surface, and since it’s not possible to stop the operation to address it, it will likely have to be fixed as part of a comprehensive maintenance overhaul.
I’m not sure what the original poster wants to convey?
It’s probably the gasket that’s problematic; seal the leak under pressure
