Recently, our company’s boilers have been showing high conductivity, and the addition of trisodium phosphate in our workshop’s chemical dosing area has been stopped. I have always suspected that during the switching of the mixed-bed units in the water treatment plant, the isolation effect of the alkali addition pneumatic valve was poor, and the manual valve was turned on and off only once every 2 hours; moreover, the operators were too lazy to perform these operations. However, these suspicions were ruled out after thorough testing, as the conductivity level remained above the acceptable limit. I seek advice from experts.
