Currently, the certification for pressure vessel design approvers issued by the CSCBPV is managed by the Gas Cylinders Association. Originally, it was the CSCBPV that was responsible for providing training; after completing the training organized by the CSCBPV, the certification was updated on the CSCBPV website (http://www.cscbpv.org.cn/). However, on the Special Equipment Standardization Service Platform run by the Gas Cylinders Association (http://www.bzh365.net/index/index.shtml), the certification indicating completion of CSCBPV training is not updated – the old certification remains displayed, and it is shown as invalid. Does completing training provided by the CSCBPV mean that the certification for pressure vessel approvers has to be invalidated as well? Do I need to retake the exam at the Gas Cylinders Association? Is this clear? Do you think this certificate requires retraining and testing at the Gas Cylinders Association?

When the powerful fight among themselves, it’s the ordinary people who suffer. It would be fine if non-destructive testing and inspection of special equipment were carried out properly.
