Asking whether it qualifies as a pressure vessel

Hello everyone, a close friend of mine’s workplace has an imported piece of equipment, and there are disputes regarding whether it qualifies as a pressure vessel and whether it needs to go through customs inspection and quality checks. Could someone please provide some answers? The parameters of this device are as follows: the maximum operating temperature is 70 degrees, the maximum operating pressure is 6 bar, the medium used is water, and the volume is 170 liters. He asked me, \"Are containers that are not within the scope of application of the Safety Technical Inspection Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels TSG-21 considered pressure vessels?\" ” I took a quick look at the requirements and think it’s still a pressure vessel, though it might be a simple one. Then I checked section 1.2 of NB/T 47052-2016 \"Simple Pressure Vessels\" and found that the aforementioned equipment conditions are not met simultaneously. As long as there is no gas space or the gas space is less than 30 liters, it does not fall under the jurisdiction of pressure vessel regulations.

Pressure vessels governed by regulatory standards are of relatively high risk and can cause significant consequences in the event of an accident; pressure vessels with very low risk levels, on the other hand, are not subject to regulation.
Pressure vessels that are not subject to regulatory requirements do not need to be inspected.
It belongs to unregulated ordinary pressure vessels
It is unfounded to make a conclusion without asking about the diameter of the device. What is the diameter of this device? Those less than 150mm are not subject to supervision ； If it is not less than 150 mm and there is a gas phase space during normal operation, it belongs to the upper category of pressure vessels; otherwise, it does not.
Pressure vessels must meet three conditions: 1. The pressure they are subjected to exceeds 0.1 MP. 2. The diameter of the container is greater than 0.15 meters and its volume is greater than 0.025 cubic meters. 3. The medium contained is a gas, a liquefied gas, or a liquid whose maximum operating temperature exceeds its boiling point. Others that do not meet the above requirements can only be referred to as containers or pressure-bearing containers, and cannot be called pressure vessels. Because pressure vessels are regulated by GB150－93 <<Pressure Vessel Regulations>>.
Pressure vessels and regulated pressure vessels are two different concepts. Judge using TSG21-2016.
