There is a flue gas recirculation technique for reducing nitrogen emissions in boilers. Does anyone who is familiar with this know about it? Could you provide a flowchart for reference? I read some basic information online, but I still can’t fully understand it.

FGR stands for flue gas recirculation; a pipe is connected from the flue outlet of the boiler to mix with the air entering the boiler fan. An electromagnetic valve is needed on this pipe to control the amount of flue gas that is recycled, and a condensate drain pipe must also be installed, as there is a considerable amount of moisture in the flue gas
We connect a pipe at the boiler outlet, leading directly to the furnace, from where the flue gas is injected back into the furnace through a nozzle. Install flow meters, pumps, and valves on the pipeline. Flow meters and valves control the amount of flue gas injected into the furnace ; The boiler outlet is under negative pressure, so a pump is needed to pressurize the flue gas; otherwise, it cannot enter the furnace.
So this high-temperature flue gas will place high demands on the fan, right? And will flue gas recirculation improve the efficiency of the furnace?
What temperature can the boiler outlet reach? The temperature of this flue gas is not necessarily higher than that of the primary and secondary hot air. Flue gas recirculation is primarily used to regulate the furnace temperature and reduce the oxygen content in the furnace, while increasing the flue gas flow rate in order to decrease NOx formation.
So are you saying that the flue gas is taken from the final exhaust point for circulation?
