Cracks have appeared on the top of the panel; I’m not sure if it’s due to the panel itself This pipeline is made of high-temperature stainless steel.
Do the welds of the plate overlap with those of the flanges and nozzles?

The welding quality is too poor; although the cracks are in the heat-affected zone, their direction is irregular. It is likely that these are old cracks that were present beforehand and did not completely penetrate the material, and they were caused to crack due to thermal stresses after welding
