How many copies are there of the product quality certificate for spherical storage tanks?

Our company has two spherical tanks. Recently, as the three-year inspection period for these tanks had expired, they needed to undergo another regular inspection. When the inspection team arrived, they first checked the relevant documents related to the tanks. For one of our tanks, there was only one quality certificate, but the inspection team members said that two certificates should be available; the other certificate would contain information related to the tank’s shell plates. We searched thoroughly but were unable to find it. How many sets of documentation are available for the tanks in your company? :handshake
Is there one book containing information on the manufacturing process of the equipment manufacturers, and another containing information on the on-site solder resist installation process?
