At the same pressure, steam is considered superheated when its temperature exceeds the saturated steam temperature by a certain number of degrees. For example, at 1.25 MPa the saturation steam temperature is 189°; then is 195° considered superheated steam? ? ?
Steam that is above saturated steam is superheated steam.
The temperature of saturated steam is proportional to pressure, while the temperature of superheated steam is not proportional to pressure.
I’ve seen on some design drawings that saturated steam is indicated even when the temperature is 4–5°C above the saturated steam temperature

According to 360 Baike: A liquid in a saturated state is called a saturated liquid, and its corresponding vapor is saturated vapor; initially, it is wet saturated vapor, and it becomes dry saturated vapor only after all the water in the saturated liquid has evaporated. During the process in which steam moves from unsaturated to wet saturated to dry saturated, its temperature does not increase; however, when heating continues after reaching dry saturation, the temperature rises, and the steam becomes superheated.
It belongs to superheated steam, but the degree of superheating is too low; it tends to turn into saturated steam after heat loss in the piping system
