Replacement material for manhole studs

If the manway studs of low-temperature equipment are replaced with stainless steel. Will the strength meet the requirements? If the design pressure is 1.6, a PN16 manhole is chosen. In this case, compared to the original 35CrMo material, the studs have lower strength – can it still provide a proper seal?
The studs meet the requirements of HG/T20613; it is sufficient that the flanges and studs are compatible with each other. I have a question: 35CrMo can also be used at -100 degrees, so why switch to stainless steel? There is also a design pressure of 1.6, so PN16 manholes are chosen; isn’t this too economical? Usually, one would choose a higher grade.
The design temperature is below -100. The PN16 for manholes is an exception I mentioned.
Select studs according to the standard pipe flange; an access hole is essentially a pipe connected to a flange, with either a flange cover or a flange together with a flange cover. If you are unsure about the studs, then perform flange calculations by entering the stud data; if the calculations succeed, it is acceptable.
