Is it mandatory to produce a heat treatment curve for RT? Which regulation requires this? The same regulation applies to producing heat treatment curves for stress relief treatments after welding! ! ! ! !
I remember that not everything had to come out; some of our heat treatment equipment required it, while others did not. For the specific provisions, please refer to the heat treatment section of GB150.4.
Hydrogen removal treatment does not require a heat treatment curve; generally, the temperature is around 200–300 degrees Celsius, with a holding time of 1–3 hours.

It depends on your heat treatment process; post-treatment does not require a heat treatment curve, whereas stress-relief heat treatment does

The original poster can look up relevant information; for carbon steel and low-alloy steel, heat treatment processes below 490°C are not considered to be such treatments. The dehydrogenation treatment is usually carried out at temperatures of around 200 to 300 degrees; a temperature gun or infrared thermometer is sufficient for this purpose, and there is no need to use thermocouples. Moreover, equipment required for heat treatment does not have temperature control below 400°C.
Where is it stated that hydrogen removal is not considered heat treatment for pressure vessels, and only stress-relief heat treatment generates curves?
