Regarding the export of domestic pressure vessels to Kazakhstan

Currently, there is a project in Kazakhstan that requires domestic pressure vessels (designed according to GB standards) to be exported there. I’m wondering if any of you have experience in this area; what are the regulatory requirements for exporting such vessels to Kazakhstan? Thank you in advance!

This requires the approval of the owner, after all, GB has less recognition than ASME. Since the owner approves of GB’s products and there is no need for a U-shaped steel stamp, the matter is basically settled.
EAC certification is required; GB design is not recognized. Currently, the customs union of Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan is CU-TR certification, namely EAC. It will be much easier if you have prior experience with GOST certification; otherwise, you’ll have to seek the help of an agent
Kazakhstan has Document No. 189, which contains very detailed information; we have previously supplied equipment for the Atrau and Shymkent projects in Kazakhstan. There are those designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME standards, as well as those designed and manufactured in accordance with GB standards. Check whether the process package used is domestic or foreign.
For domestically manufactured export containers, mandatory inspection is no longer required

Hello, pressure vessels are required to have a U-mark stamped in accordance with ASME design standards. We have done this before; it requires the owner’s approval. Although the containers for export do not require inspection, the procedures must still be strictly followed in accordance with GB standards; one should ensure quality control on their own, and finally provide complete completion documents to be sent along with the goods.
