Does the steam temperature in a dry pot with a steam drum rise or fall? Thank you, points appreciated
I’m not sure about the dry pot in the steam drum; we call it a boiler water shortage
The drum is dry – is there still steam coming out?
The steam generated by the drum is saturated steam; as long as the pressure in the steam pipeline system remains unchanged, the temperature of the steam should not change significantly! Also, a dry pot in a steam drum is a very serious accident!
In a dry pot with a steam drum, the water circulation must have been disrupted long ago, right? The water wall must have exploded due to overheating. The drum temperature should be higher than the design temperature.
The steam temperature has risen; after the drum becomes dry, the steam at the outlet of the water wall already has a certain degree of superheat
