How do I draw the spiral staircase CAD for a spherical tank?

I’m asking how to create CAD drawings of the ladders on a spherical tank. My graduation project involves a spherical tank, and the requirements include drawing ladders on the design; I have no idea how to do this at all, and I haven’t found any relevant tutorials. Could anyone help me out? Thank you so much!
It’s indeed difficult if you haven’t drawn before, but it’s not actually that hard. The shape of the staircase is semi-U-shaped; it starts with a straight section, which corresponds to the straight part of the U, and then rises spirally upward along the spherical tank, with beams provided in the upward direction to support the staircase.
