In the boiler SCR ammonia station, the liquid ammonia process involves a liquid ammonia storage tank, an evaporator, and an ammonia gas buffer tank. It has been recently observed that the temperature of the ammonia gas buffer tank is low; it is possible that the amount of ammonia fed into the evaporator is too large, resulting in the liquid ammonia not being fully vaporized and thus entering the ammonia gas buffer tank directly. Is this a possibility? ? How to address prevention? ? Help needed
Provide the following data: evaporation rate of the evaporation tank, range of opening degrees of the control valve, temperature control range of the evaporation tank, and pressure in the buffer tank
