Our company currently has over 150 pressure vessels whose inspection deadlines are approaching, and regular inspections are required. In the past, for individual small devices whose inspection deadlines arrived, we would simply go to the quality supervision agency to arrange the inspections, paying the fees beforehand; however, only a few devices were inspected at a time. This time, there are over 150 devices, and it would be very troublesome to apply for inspections for each one individually, plus the costs would definitely be high. It’s not easy to save money on this. The inspection authorities know that inspections of your equipment are necessary, so it’s difficult to negotiate a lower price. Moreover, the costs for the various inspection items are clearly specified; you can try to agree on fewer inspection items, or if your equipment is relatively new, you can apply for an extension of the inspection period, which can also help save some money. According to the regulations, an extension can be granted as long as all the required documents are in order
