Is a process qualification for 304 cladding required to apply for qualifications for pressure vessel repair?

Process qualification only involves assessing whether coverage is adequate during specific repairs, and whether the welder’s qualifications include the necessary requirements. The original poster can take a look at the regulations regarding permits for the installation, modification, and maintenance of pressure vessels; pressure vessel manufacturing units should possess the appropriate qualifications for maintaining such vessels.
Maintenance qualifications have absolutely nothing to do with surfacing evaluation, or welding procedure qualification
It depends on what you’re repairing; if it’s a weld, it’s not necessary
If you have a manufacturing certificate, you can carry out repairs! Go and check the relevant permission rules for the certificate required to apply for repairs
