Pressure Vessel Fastener Manufacturing License

I’ve never heard of any requirement for a manufacturing license; many licensing requirements are currently being phased out, and there was no such requirement for bolts and nuts either in the past.

Pressure vessels and pipeline components that comply with relevant standards must hold the appropriate licenses before they can be manufactured; no such requirements apply to bolts and nuts. Our company manufactures pressure vessels, and we produce many of the flange bolts and nuts ourselves.

There are no requirements for a manufacturing license, but there are corresponding quality standards and inspection requirements, especially for studs of M36 or larger that serve as the main compressive elements

There is no mention of these manufacturing permits in the container. . . There were originally manufacturing permission requirements for fasteners in pressure pipeline components. . . It has also been canceled now. . So, consider it based on your own quality requirements. .

In 2012, when our company was renewing its license, we still needed a permit from the external supplier that provided the bolts; by 2016, this requirement was no longer in effect during license renewals

Cast iron pipes, pipe fittings made of non-ferrous metals and their alloys, cast pipe fittings, pipe joints, metal hoses, spring supports and hangers, fasteners, manifolds, busbars, filters, flame arresters, and other combined component assemblies (such as strainers, mixers, buffers, condensate (water) tanks, insulated joints), low-temperature insulated pipes, directly-buried jacketed pipes, valve castings, forgings for forged flanges, forgings for forged pipe fittings, forgings for valve bodies, steel plates specifically used for manufacturing pressure pipeline components, raw materials for polyethylene pipes, raw materials for polyethylene composite pipes, raw materials for polyethylene pipe fittings, and raw materials for polyethylene composite pipe fittings are not included in the scope of the new Catalogue; therefore, no special equipment manufacturing license is required to produce these pressure pipeline components.

Those not in the permitted directory do not require a license.
