Hello everyone. Regarding the connection between burners and fuel pipelines, there are soft connections and hard connections. Are there any differences in the application environments for these two types of connections? Are there any standards that specify when a flexible connection should be used and when a rigid connection should be used?
There are no standard specifications for this; a flexible connection is made using metal hoses, while a rigid connection is established through direct connection using metal pipes. Both approaches have their own advantages and disadvantages. Soft-connected metal hoses have a short service life and are prone to leakage, but they are easy to maintain and replace. Hard connections have a long service life and are less prone to leakage, but they are not convenient for maintenance and replacement
