I draw equipment diagrams until they are finished. I’m very interested in knowing what steps are involved from when the drawings arrive at the factory until the equipment is ready for shipment. Thank you!
Regarding the manufacturing process: draw material cutting diagrams based on the drawings (for circumferential seams), create layout diagrams according to the orientation (for longitudinal seams), formulate the manufacturing processes and plans, and then prepare lists of equipment needed for pressure testing as well as lists for packaging before shipment. Issues related to the drawings, etc ; Regarding welding machine processes: conduct process evaluations and prepare welding procedures. For procurement: create purchase lists based on drawings and technical specifications (mainly forgings, pipes, bolts, gaskets, etc.), and order sheets of metal according to the ordering drawings ; Workshop: Depending on the manufacturing process, tasks such as sheet cutting, rolling, assembly, welding, sectional shaping, overall shaping, pressure testing, sandblasting and painting, and packaging are carried out.

What about the nozzle? Some equipment has a large number of connections and various specifications; which type of worker or position is responsible for handling such matters?
Don’t your drawings show the distribution of pipe openings as well as a table of those openings? The purchase will be made based on your drawings, and the workshop will fabricate it according to the layout of the pipe connections specified in your drawings
