Universal Chuanyou, does anyone have any reference drawings of non-standard saddles for DN8000? Thanks!
The design dimension of 8m exceeds the design range specified in NBT47065 “Container Supports” (which is up to 6m). Therefore, independent design and strength calculations must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of NBT47042 “Horizontal Vessels”. Specifically, Clause 7.8 shall be followed. You can’t just use the reference diagram; there must be calculation sheets for the installation location and spacing as well.
For a 6-meter length, first scale it up proportionally; after rounding, use software to perform the calculations
