a) Routine operation and maintenance ①For the equipment that requires repair, the heat exchanger should be disassembled in reverse order of installation. ②Equipment used in the petroleum and chemical industries should be regularly maintained according to the maintenance schedule. ③The medium inside the equipment is explosive or highly corrosive, and it should be inspected at least once a year. ④Plate heat exchangers used in other industries, provided there are no leaks, should be serviced every three years. b) Cleaning of the plates ① Chemical cleaning method: A chemical solution is circulated through the heat exchanger to dissolve and remove the dirt on the surface of the plates. ②Mechanical cleaning method: Disassemble the plates and clean them manually with a brush. ③Comprehensive cleaning method: For cases where the scale layer is relatively hard and thick. First, soften the scale layer using chemical methods, and then remove it mechanically to keep the surface of the plates clean and free from debris.
