As the title suggests: Is it necessary to install an exhaust vent or a breather valve on the heat transfer oil jacket of a reactor? Will oil vapor be generated when the temperature of heat transfer oil No. 320 is raised to 100 degrees?
If the conditions are met, anything is possible!
For heat transfer oil No. 320, the reaction tank needs to be heated to around 100 degrees – should an exhaust port be provided, or is a breather valve necessary?
For heat transfer oil systems (non-circulating heat transfer oil), an expansion tank is generally used.
