During the actual manufacturing process, it is not possible to trim the edges of the cylinder, as that would affect its strength. It can be handled with reference to Figures d), e), and f) in GB150.3-2011 D.2.2...
For those under 60mm, an elliptical head is a better choice; there’s no need to use a spherical one.
As requested by the client, I still find it a bit difficult to understand what is meant by the 2nd and 3rd floors. The diagram provided indicates requirements for edge trimming, but in practice, such trimming will affect the strength of the structure, as the thickness of the cylinder exceeds that of the end caps.

Take a close look – where is the tangent line, and which part of the edge of the cylinder has been cut? d and e are actually cylinder shapes with hemmed edges; f represents a surfacing transition. All three methods of d, e, and f are acceptable – choose the one that suits your company’s machining capabilities and production capacity.
Please pay attention to where the tangent line is.
