The formula is as follows: Pressure per UG99C = 1.3 × MAP – Head(Hyo). Here, MAP refers to the maximum allowable pressure; however, as shown in the figure, there are various values for MAP, corresponding to cylinders, end caps, and flanges. In other words, the test pressure specified in ASME UG-99C depends on MAP and the hydrostatic head. The question now is: 1. Which MAP maximum allowable pressure is being referred to? 2.How is the head pressure of the Head calculated? I hope the experts can give some advice! ! !
The MAP for each individual component is calculated separately, and the smallest value among those of the equipment is the 0.117 mentioned below

Pay attention to the original text: what it means is that once you select the smallest MAP, the hydrostatic pressure of the fluid column corresponding to that MAP must be deducted. For example, if the MAP for flat head is the lowest, then it is the hydrostatic pressure associated with flat head that needs to be subtracted. The hydrostatic pressure of a liquid column is generally calculated as 0.1 Mpa corresponding to a liquid column height of 10 meters of water.
