Everyone, has anyone prepared a risk assessment report for pressure vessels? Appendix F of GB150.1 specifies the requirements for risk assessment reports – is it mandatory to prepare such reports? Which pressure vessels need to be inspected under what circumstances? For end-users? If you know anything, please tell me.
Does the design firm have the capability to prepare risk assessment reports, and is this reflected through what qualifications (or quality control systems) the design institute possesses? In other words, how can one identify design firms capable of preparing risk assessment reports for pressure vessels by setting certain criteria?
At the current stage, risk assessment reports are required for Category III pressure vessels, and all pressure vessels will need to provide such reports in the future. The report is primarily prepared in accordance with the requirements of GB/T150 and relevant solid volume regulations, and it should provide guidance on the content necessary for users to formulate emergency response plans. The risk assessment report must be stamped before being provided to the owner. The reports are all prepared by the equipment designers; those who possess the necessary design qualifications also have the corresponding capabilities
For safety reasons, this report should apply to all pressure vessels; after all, the designers have the capability and resources to carry out this task, and it cannot be left to the users to assume this responsibility, especially since they lack such capabilities. In the future, when dealing with pressure vessels, it will be mandatory for them to provide this, to facilitate work by personnel at subsequent stages.
