The shell material is Q345R with a thickness of 32 mm; the skirt cylinder is also made of Q345R with a thickness of 16 mm. Thermal treatment of the entire structure needs to be taken into consideration.
Just consider the thickness of the shell welds
It can be processed as a whole and then undergo overall heat treatment, with the heat treatment parameters determined based on 32 mm and the maximum weld thickness of the component in question； For some towers that are too long, the skirt base does not need to be heat-treated, but the lower head must have a section of skirt base cylinder; in other words, the circumferential joint where the skirt base meets the head must be heat-treated along with the pressure-bearing shell.
