Pressure vessels are defined in the catalog of special equipment. If you want to know whether a license is required, those with the TS or CS stamp in the upper right corner of the nameplate are considered special equipment manufactured for use in such applications; those without such stamps are generally regarded as equipment that does not fall under this category.
Ignore the word “mobile” for now; just know “air compressor”. Mobile means it doesn’t have a fixed location for use and can be moved around.
