HG/T20610 and HG/T20631 only specify the temperature of filling materials and metal strip materials. I would like to ask if the material of the inner ring and the centering ring can be ignored for the service temperature of the entire gasket? If you don’t consider your feelings, it doesn’t make sense. If you consider it, you can’t find a basis for it. It’s so confusing. For example, what is the operating temperature of the D1221 winding pad?
Isn’t the inner ring made of material? Doesn’t the material have a temperature range at 150.2?
There is no clear material, only general carbon steel
Carbon steel with a temperature of two to three hundred degrees is still no problem. If the temperature is higher, you can consider new materials, such as IFG5500
Not only high temperatures, but also low temperatures
How low is the low temperature? Except for GBT3531 materials, other carbon steels basically cannot have working conditions below 0°C. Some of the 713 plates only reach minus 20 degrees Celsius, without considering low temperature and low stress working conditions.
For low temperatures, it is recommended to consider 304. Minus 196 should be enough for you.
-20℃ or -40℃, this temperature is not suitable for stainless steel!
