How many copies of the factory documentation for pressure vessels should there be? Is there any specification that specifies this clearly?
The factory information is equivalent to a birth health certificate, one per device! It can be copied!
What should I do if I want a copy? Are there any clear requirements in the regulations?/
Just like a baby’s birth certificate! The hospital gets one copy (from the manufacturer), and another one has to be given to the user!
**The supervisory department won’t sign any extra words either! 2 sets per device!
One copy is provided to the user for each product, and one copy is archived. The archived materials contain more information, and the factory-provided materials meet the regulatory requirements.
The required number of copies can be specified in the contract.
Our company provides one set of delivery documents for each product to the user and keeps one set on file.

Regarding the requirements for submission, the standard specifications do not specify anything in detail; these details are usually stated in the contract, including the number of copies and their format. Generally, one original copy and N copies of the duplicate are required. N depends on the requirements of the owner/client. It ranges from 2 or 3 copies to 5 or 6 copies; there are also those who request over a dozen copies. The formats include paper versions, electronic versions, and so on. The electronic versions are available in formats such as Word, PDF, DWG, etc.; those with 3D model outputs also require specific software. At the same time, clear requirements will also be set for the version of the program used to open the electronic version.
