Under the effects of internal pressure, wind load, and seismic load, calculations can be used to determine whether anchor bolts are necessary. GB50341 contains the relevant calculation formulas.
Calculating in a timely manner eliminates the need for bolts, but you still need to install a few; otherwise, aren’t you worried that they might move?
